Please note: There is a 15 minute Public Forum
before every Full Council and Committee meeting. Questions /
statements to members MUST be submitted in writing to the Town
Council by 12noon five clear working days before the meeting.
This means
that for a Council meeting on a Tuesday you will need to submit
your question by 12noon on the Monday in the week before the
meeting. We can’t accept questions after the deadline; however
a relevant supplement to the original written question is acceptable
on the night.
