Councillor William Parry has been on the Town Council since 1996.

He was born in 1941 and has lived in Gainsborough for most of his life. Now retired, he is married to Janet and has three children.

Since 1998 Councillor Parry has also been a West Lindsey District Councillor, representing Scotter Ward and is Secretary of Gainsborough Constituency Conservative Association (local branch).

His spare time includes playing tennis and golf, and current affairs.
